From Wall Street analyst to hospitality operator to technical founder. Every step taught me something about building things that work.
The Journey
I started my career at Deutsche Bank, where I learned how large organizations think about risk, scale, and operational excellence. The analytical rigor stuck with me.
Then I took a detour into hospitality operations, leading the turnaround of a struggling hotel group. That's where I learned that the best technology in the world is useless if it doesn't solve real business problems for real people.
When I came back to tech, I came back as a builder. I co-founded a fintech startup, built healthcare platforms, shipped AI products. Each project reinforced the same lesson: shipping fast is good, but shipping something that lasts is better.
Today, I work at the intersection of engineering leadership and hands-on building. AI has changed how fast I can move, but it hasn't changed what matters: understanding the problem, designing the right solution, and building it properly.
